Amber León
Founder and the current Director of Bean Counting - Just directing the counting of beans.
With over 13 years of experience in the accounting industry, Amber enjoys helping clients find the best solutions to fit their accounting needs. Amber has a passion for teaching business owners and believes that helping clients truly understand their books makes for a more valuable partnership. She understands that proper accounting records can provide essential information for management decisions, tax planning and play a vital role in the growth of a business.
Amber's career began with bookkeeping for her family's local business, which gave her a special appreciation for the accounting needs of small business owners. She knows firsthand the difficulties that small business owners face when it comes to proper accounting, developing internal controls, and complying with local, state and federal agencies. Amber spent more than eight years working in a local public accounting firm and has a first-rate background in tax preparation.
Amber holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and certifications for QuickBooks and Bill.com. She is licensed as an Enrolled Agent with the Internal Revenue Service. In February of 2016, Amber founded PEAR Accounting Solutions.
Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her husband and four children.



Bonnie Williams
Operations Ninja - stealthily helping with lots of different things!
Bonnie joined PEAR Accounting Solutions in 2019, working in Houston, Texas. Daily, she oversees payables, provides accounting support on sales and tax reports, assists in vendor communications and reconciles vendor statements and bank accounts.
Bonnie has over 14 years of experience in document control from her previous roles as a document control specialist and coordinator. In these roles, she provided support and instruction on work processes, assisted with the integration of document control strategies and provided effectiveness of workflow processes for documentation. Additionally, Bonnie managed and maintained all applicable project files and document registers and provided troubleshooting and quality control for her teams. Bonnie's skillset helps her PEAR team stay organized and efficient.
Bonnie spends her workdays alongside her very spoiled fur babies. In her free time, she enjoys camping with her fiance and spending time with her daughter.


Emily Hundl
Accounting Genius - One of the nicest accountants you'll meet!
Emily is a born and raised Texas native, living in the Houston area. As one of PEAR's data entry specialists, she processes invoices and reconciles vendor statements for our clients. Emily has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Houston. She brings an extensive knowledge of accounts payable/receivable procedures and general accounting processes to the PEAR team.
Emily has the ability to handle a vast variety of tasks from her prior role as a residential mortgage loan originator where she analyzed complex statements for client loan documentation submission and prepared files for underwriting, loan committees and more. As a senior accounting clerk, Emily handled a large volume of invoices, reconciled numerous accounts and balanced ledgers.
More than anything, Emily loves spending time with her family. She and her husband and two children have adopted five rescued cats. In her spare time, Emily enjoys painting, reading and playing the piano.


Edward Olvera, BS
Accounts Payable Support - He's behind the scenes, making sure all the invoices are processed timely!
Edward is a Napa Valley native. He works part-time for PEAR assisting the team with payable processing. Edward holds an Associate of Arts degree from Napa Community College in general education and natural science and mathematics. He also has a Bachelor of Science from California State University Sacramento with a concentration in finance. Edward plans to return to school to further his education in accounting.
Edward is a brother to four siblings and loves spending time with his family and dog. He loves food, wine tasting, playing soccer and watching sports.

Jodi Hernandez
AP Extraordinaire - If you're looking for payment - she will get it sorted out!
She also keeps all our clients in compliance with insurance!
Jodi is a Napa Valley native and the face and voice of the PEAR office. In her role as an administrative specialist, she handles insurance needs for our clients, manages the flow of client and tax season paperwork, follows up on invoices and provides support for our team. Jodi is certified in office administration, fluent in Spanish and working toward becoming a notary public. She has a passion for learning new skills, including tax preparation, which makes her a valuable asset to the PEAR team.
Prior to her work in office administration, Jodi dedicated the first decade of her career to helping women and children escape to a local safe house. This experience helped her gain an understanding of and compassion for those in underserved communities.
As a wife and mother of two children and a dog named Millie, when Jodi does have free time she loves to cook, craft and learn new skills.



Jan Romero
Data Entry Specialist - She is making sure invoices are processed, and things are coded properly.
Jan holds a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy from Ateneo de Davao University. As an undergrad student, she worked and gained experience as an accounts payable staff in a security and maintenance company. Jan worked as an online bookkeeper assisting Senior Accountants mainly on invoices, reconciling accounts, etc.
Jan spends her free time reading books and learning new hobbies.

Sherri Mitchell
Compensation Coordinator - She's making sure payroll is processed on time and accurately.
Sherri lived in Turlock until moving to Napa 15 years ago when she got married. She is happily married with a daughter and stepdaughter and 4 grandsons.
Over the last 35 years, Sherri has worked in a variety of office , accounting, and customer service positions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. For 10 years of her job history, she was responsible for handling union payroll for a local pipeline company. Her responsibilities there included the complexities of handling payroll for different states.
Sherri loves being outdoors, gardening, walking, biking, reading, and being with her grandbabies!
